MOUNTAIN HOME, Ark. -
All signs point to a business boom for Mountain Home, Arkansas. Nearly a dozen companies are either moving to the area, or expanding.
Mountain Home is preparing to add between 300 and 350 jobs, places to shop, eat and craft.

"We've got people from all over the U.S. that come here. We've got beautiful waterways. We've got a low crime rate, low taxes and low housing costs," said Chamber of Commerce CEO/President Eddie Majeste.
The population of Mountain Home is only 13-thousand people, but the Chamber of Commerce says that within a 50 mile radius, there are a quarter million people who go there to shop, eat and work.
