Mruk Family Education Center on Aging (MFECOA) is dedicated to helping you live a longer and healthier life. The MFECOA provides educational programs, resources and healthcare services to older adults and their families to help them address aging issues. Available Services Include:"Journey to Healthy Aging" programsAARP safe driver coursesTalking to Your DoctorSelf Defense for SeniorsEducation and support groupsResource libraryExercise programs for men and women"Lunch and Learn" programsRock Steady Boxing (A non-contact boxing exercise to fight back against Parkinson's Disease) The center includes a classroom for educational and consultation services related to home safety, caregiving, geriatric medicine and other aging issues. Regular educational programs cover a variety of health topics, such as Alzheimer’s disease, arthritis and dementia.The MFECOA resource library offers books, DVDs, pamphlets and other materials about healthy aging.
