Bull Shoals Lake

The resort is located on point three on Bull Shoals Lake in Northern Arkansas. A short 25 minute ride on Highway 5 North from Mountain Home. Turn left on county road 17, follow signs 9 1/2 miles down Promise Land road to the resort.

Bull Shoals is considered by some as a complete lake.  It offers a little of something for everyone with plenty of room to loose yourself in the gentle quiet.  Along with this serenity comes the excitement of fantastic fishing that has made Bull Shoals Lake a household word in the Ozarks.  The numerous fish rendered can only be calculated, with the quality of its fishing attested to by the lunkers it has yielded.

The lake has over 750 miles of shoreline 45,400 acres of crystal clear water for all your water activities.  You an enjoy boating, swimming, water skiing, scuba diving and more.

Promise Land Area

In northern Arkansas each season has its own natural beauty.  Summer is the season for a variety of activities.  The fall is one of the most beautiful and colorful seasons, accompanied by its great fishing.  The mild winter allows plenty of days on the water and is one of the best times to catch that trophy fish.  Lush green with colorful wildflowers, Spring is the time to fish the lake at its glorious best.

Whether you stay for a week or a month you’ll notice upon your arrival that you’ve left a few things behind: mosquitoes, crowds, noise and daily worries.  For this reason as much as anything our area is called the Promise Land.
