The Director of Workforce Development develops and maintains strategic partnerships with local business and industry to support economic development; coordinates sources of grant funding; prepares grant requests and ensures that funding is expended within guidelines. The Director identifies, screens, hires, and evaluates noncredit instructors, manages departmental budget allocations, and serves on various University Committees. The Director is responsible for coordination of client billing, and development of marketing plans and promotional materials.
