Your focus will be to ensure that our customers feel valued and understood.Responsibilities include but not limited to:• Answer phones, greet clients, take payments.• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person.Requirements:• Customer Service experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, not required.• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.• Self-motivated• Detail oriented• Proactive in problem solving.• Ability to work in a team environment.• Ability to assess customer needs.• Ability to effectively relate to a customer.• Property Casualty license preferred (must be able to obtain).
