beginning to end. Our purpose is to control the project’s time, cost, and quality. Our

company is compatible with all project delivery systems including design-bid-build

and design-build.

We will specify project objectives and plans including delineation of scope,

budgeting, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants.

We will oversee the planning, cost management, time management, quality

management, contract administration, and safety management. This is done through on-site management and the availability of software and staff which includes

engineering and accounting functions.

Bids, payment contracts, project stages, procurement, and construction are all

planned and executed with the owner as a guiding force. We will act as a consultant

to the owner at all stages. His/her satisfaction is our guiding principle.
