Journey: The Library's Mosaic RiverJoin local artists Neilla Flanagin and R. Scott Flanagin for a behind-the-scenes presentation on "Journey," their vibrant mosaic river flowing through the Library’s Great Hall. Neilla, a retired English teacher turned artist, and R. Scott share how they built the piece, creating flowing, river-like visuals that brighten our space. This presentation offers insight into their design process, artistic inspiration, and how community-based art enhances public spaces.All are welcome at this Friends of the Library meeting! Come be inspired and learn how you can support creative projects in our library.Enjoy an engaging and welcoming gathering open to all.
