Youth & Hunger are two of Lions Clubs International’s global causes and this October the Mountain Home Lions Club is bringing that mission right here at home.We’re joining Operation: Busload, hosted by Ultimate Auto Group, to help fill a Mountain Home Public Schools bus with food benefiting the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas.And this is bigger than Mountain Home. Donations will help support our local children, families and neighbors throughout the nine counties served by the Food Bank: Baxter, Boone, Fulton, Izard, Marion, Newton, Searcy, Sharp and Stone.Your Mountain Home Lions will be set up at Bomber Stadium during the home football games on October 2nd and 23rd collecting non-perishable food donations.Headed to the game? Grab a few items and bring them with you. A can, a box, a bag or a whole trunkful. Every donation helps!Come cheer on the Bombers and help us Tackle Hunger at Bomber Stadium!Collect. Challenge. Give.
