Dysphagia, Swallowing Difficulties

Learning Session at Schliemann Center for Women with speaker Casey Drennin, CCC-SLP, North Arkansas Speech Services on Wednesday, June 30, 1 pm. Dysphagia, or swallowing difficulties, can occur because of various medical conditions. Symptoms can include frequent coughing while eating and drinking, the feeling of food "getting stuck" in your throat or difficulty taking pills. Casey Drennin will discuss this condition and offer simple exercises that could improve your eating, health, and quality of life. Due to covid, class capacity is limited.
